What is the delivery time?
Bikes in stock can usually be picked up or delivered within a week.
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery times for new Urban Arrows vary by model. Let us know via the quote form what you're interested in — if we don't have it in stock, we'll check the current delivery time with the supplier straight away and get back to you quickly. Premium used bikes are often still in our rental fleet; allow about 14 days to get one to a pick-up point or to your home.
What warranty do I get?
Every premium used bike comes with 12 months BikePlace warranty.
What if something breaks?
New bikes come with a 2-year Urban Arrow factory warranty. Every Premium used bike comes standard with 12 months BikePlace warranty, optionally extendable to 24 months. You'll find the full warranty terms on the model's product page.
Can I take a test ride?
Ja, op al onze locaties kun je een proefrit maken. Vraag een offerte aan en wij bellen je binnen 24 uur.
Can I take a test ride first?
Yes — by appointment. Let us know which model you'd like to try, and we'll make sure the right bike is ready for you. An Urban Arrow isn't something you buy on a whim; we take the time to go through it with you calmly.
Do you also sell new Urban Arrows?
BikePlace sells nearly new Urban Arrow bikes from our own rental fleet — known mileage, up to around € 2.500 below the Urban Arrow recommended retail price and with 12 months BikePlace warranty (extendable). For brand-new Urban Arrows, head to our store Bikeshop Burgh-Haamstede — our official Urban Arrow dealer location.
Will my bike be delivered?
Yes, we deliver throughout the Netherlands and Belgium from € 49. Select the "delivery" option in the quote form and enter your address — we'll then add a suitable delivery quote to your request. Prefer to pick it up yourself? That's of course possible too.
Can I lease the bike?
We don't offer instalment financing ourselves, but for leasing we work with specialised bike-leasing companies you can contact directly — useful for both business and private customers (think tax benefits through your employer). Mention your interest in your quote request and we'll put you in touch with the right partner.
Tip for business owners — VAT benefit
Our Premium used bikes usually include 21% VAT. Are you a business owner? Then you can reclaim that VAT through your accounts — which suddenly makes an Urban Arrow a very serious bargain. Ask for an invoice with VAT itemised when requesting your quote.

Wherever you live, we deliver your used bike throughout the Netherlands and Belgium, from just € 49. Prefer to pick it up yourself and take a test ride first? You can do that at our head office in Burgh-Haamstede (Zeeland) or at our pick-up points in Ouddorp (Goeree-Overflakkee), Alblasserdam (Drechtsteden) and Utrecht. That way you can buy a second-hand bike close to home, whether you live in Zeeland, South Holland, Utrecht or just across the border in Belgium.
